About us
What does Dev Spark Technologies do?
We help companies build, ship and run software: DevOps, cloud and development (web apps, WordPress, Shopify and mobile apps). We also run paid ads and SEO, with tracking wired to real leads.
What are your main services?
DevOps (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, monitoring), Cloud (migration, managed cloud, cost optimization, security) and Development (custom web apps, WordPress, e-commerce, mobile apps). Growth services (ads, social media and SEO) complement them.
Where are you based and which countries do you work with?
We're based in Islamabad, Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) and work remotely with clients in the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf and Australia. We schedule calls in your time zone and overlap with US and UK working hours.
How are you different from a freelancer or an in-house hire?
You get a team rather than one person: developers, DevOps engineers and marketers who cover for each other, with written proposals, milestones and handover documentation. You avoid the cost and delay of hiring, and can scale up or down by month.
What size of companies do you work with?
Mostly startups and small to mid-sized businesses that need senior skills without a full in-house team. We also support larger teams on specific DevOps or cloud projects.
Pricing and payments
How much does a project cost?
Development, DevOps and cloud projects are quoted on scope after a free call. Ads management starts from $399 to $599 a month plus ad spend, and SEO from $799 a month. The Get a Quote form gives you an instant estimate.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price projects start with a 30% deposit, and the rest is billed at agreed milestones, with the final payment at launch. Ongoing services such as maintenance, managed cloud and ads management are billed monthly in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer and PayPal. We invoice in US dollars by default; GBP and EUR invoices are available on request.
Do you offer fixed prices or hourly rates?
Both. Well-defined projects get a fixed price per milestone. Open-ended work, such as ongoing development or support, runs on a monthly plan or agreed hours.
Is ad spend included in your ads management fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, Google or the other platforms from your own account. Our management fee is separate, so you always see exactly what reaches the platform.
Process, ownership and support
What is your process?
A free 30-minute discovery call, then a written proposal with scope, milestones and price. We build in short milestones with demos you can click, then offer ongoing support, monitoring or growth work after launch.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply to new enquiries within one business day, usually much sooner. WhatsApp at +92 339 121 3121 is the fastest way to reach us.
How long does a website take?
A WordPress site typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, a Shopify store 2 to 4 weeks, and a custom web app 4 to 8 weeks. Each timeline depends on the project's scope. You get a timeline with milestones in the proposal.
How do we communicate during a project?
Through a shared Slack, WhatsApp or email channel, whichever you prefer, plus a short call at each milestone. You always have one named project contact.
How many revisions are included?
Design work includes two rounds of revisions per milestone. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted before we start them, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share confidential details.
Who owns the code and design?
You do. Full ownership of the custom code, design and content we create transfers to you on final payment. Open-source and third-party components stay under their own licenses.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes after launch. After that, maintenance, managed cloud or retainer plans keep things updated and running.
Can we cancel an ongoing plan?
Yes. Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. For ads, we recommend three months to test properly before judging results.
Services
Do you build custom websites or use templates?
Both, depending on budget and goals. Custom builds give you full control and speed; a well-chosen theme can get a simpler site live faster. We'll recommend what fits.
Will my website work well on phones?
Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops, with page speed checked against Google's Core Web Vitals.
Can you redesign or migrate my existing website?
Yes. We redesign for speed and conversions and migrate sites between platforms or hosts without losing SEO: we map and redirect every old URL.
Can you reduce my AWS or cloud bill?
Yes. We review your usage and architecture, find waste such as idle resources, oversized instances, missing savings plans and expensive data transfer, and implement the fixes.
Do you work with our existing team?
Yes. We often work alongside in-house developers: setting up pipelines, infrastructure and monitoring, then handing over with documentation and training.
Who owns our ad accounts and data?
You do. We work inside your Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and analytics accounts as a partner, so all history, audiences and data stay with you.
