Monitoring & Observability

Know before your users do

Dashboards, logs, traces and alerts that point to the cause, so outages get shorter and rarer.

Animated instrument panel: a spike on the chart lights the warning lamp, and a probe finds the exact server module that caused it.

What holds teams back

  • Users report outages first

You find out from a support ticket or an angry tweet.

  • Alert fatigue

So many noisy alerts that real ones get ignored.

  • Debugging is guesswork

Logs scattered across servers with no way to follow a request.

Deliverables

  • Metrics and dashboards

Prometheus and Grafana for the numbers that matter.

  • Central logs

Searchable logs from every service in one place.

  • Tracing

OpenTelemetry traces that follow a request end to end.

  • Actionable alerts

Fewer, better alerts routed to the right person.

Four steps no surprises

  1. Discovery call

Thirty minutes on your goals, stack and timeline. Free.

  2. Clear proposal

Scope, milestones and a fixed price or monthly plan in writing.

  3. Build and ship

Short milestones with demos you can click, not status reports.

  4. Run and improve

Monitoring, maintenance and growth once you are live.

Questions we hear

Can you use our existing monitoring tool?

Yes. We work with what you have and fill the gaps, or set up an open-source stack if you're starting fresh.

What should we monitor first?

The signals users feel: error rate, latency, traffic and saturation for each service, plus uptime checks from outside. Then we add business metrics such as sign-ups or orders.

Who responds to alerts?

Your team, us, or both. Alerts can go to Slack, email or an on-call tool, and we can take on-call as part of a managed plan.

Is the open-source stack really free?

The software is. You pay for the servers or managed storage it runs on, which we size to your data volume and retention.
